Hi everyone,
my name is Mark Jones and I am a junior high student living in Alberta, Canada. I created this blog in January, 2014, inspired by my sister Julia's blog. I've always enjoyed both reading and writing, and so I figured that this was a great way to combine the two.
That's not to say that I instantly became addicted to blogging right there on the spot, and have been blogging madly since the day this blog was created. In fact, I don't think I posted once in February or March. April and May were pretty low-key months as well. Starting in June, however, I rediscovered my own blog, and for a couple weeks obsessed over it. Then I ran out of ideas, and my blog lay dormant for about another month. That's when I finished another book, and the obsession with blogging came again.
On this latest blogging high, I've been working like mad to improve this thing; adding new pages, looking at blogging tips, reading other book blogs for inspiration...
And I don't think I'm doing to badly. I've got 525 veiws, which, dispite the small number in the grand scheme of things, blows my mind. Blogging is awesome, frankly, and I don't plan to become one of those blogs that was last edited four years ago anytime soon.
So, if you've read some of my blog before, thank you so much, and if your new to the party, then welcome in. Blogging is awesome.
